A thought on our Linwood Avenue / North Street Gateway

We're all probably aware that St Mary on the Hill Church is in danger of going to the wrecking ball, something most of us are upset about and hope it can be saved.
If the worst happens, it would be a shame to have that beautiful sandstone wind up in a landfill. Perhaps there is a way we could incorporate some of it into our southern gateway.

Reminder - Spring Clean Up

This weekend begins our Spring clean up effort in anticipation of the Home Tour. On Saturday the 17th, please join your neighbors in the Great American Clean Up. Gloves and trash bags are available - please e-mail me at jeff.carballada@gmail.com, or notify me by replying to this post if you would like to receive these materials to help with your effort.

Also note that this coming week, the City will preform bulk trash pick up for Linwood north of Bryant. Items must be out on Sunday, April 18th.… Continue
