STAR property tax rebate program -- important information

NY state will apparently be requiring all homeowners to RE-REGISTER for this program, due to some problems they had down-state.

Nextdoor.com

I recently learned about an interesting new social network called nextdoor.com.  Unlike Facebook or other social sites, nextdoor connects neighbors who have to have a verified address within a defined neighborhood in order to be connected.  It seems like a good way for "connected" people to meet their physical neighbors.

Buffalo Green Code - public screening (Jan 26 10-11:3 am)
